Ume, a floral jewel to celebrate the end of winter

The first collection of the year is also one of the first flowers to bloom. This flower which blossoms in the freezing cold of the Japanese winter announces the beginning of spring. This plum flowers in bright colors that clash with the vegetation still asleep.

In traditional Japanese culture, Ume symbolizes health, hope and renewal, which is what I wish for you this new year!
